Because I'm striving to write more on this blog, which is still pretty much in its infancy, I want to know what you'd like all that mumbo jumbo to be about. While I'm still going to do my best to interject random stories from my life - both at the gym and otherwise, I'd also like to include content that is of some value to the people who are reading it. So what do you want to hear?
Here's the deal. I can see my traffic numbers. I know you're out there lurking in the shadows of the Internet silently spectating. It's time for all you quite types to speak up, put yourself out there and tell a girl what you want to be reading. I don't want to disappoint you after all.
Think. Comment. Tell me what the hell I should be doing.
I probably won't make sense, but maybe something on advice on how to break up your daily calories? Like is there a % that should be meal 1, meal 2, etc.

ReplyDeleteI love the personal stories, and I love pics. Maybe more specific exercise advice? Like, maybe once a week you could pick out a machine at the gym and demystify it for all those of us who see those things and wonder what the *hell* it does, or how to use it. Or specific exercises for targeting... I don't know any good tummy exercises other than crunches, but that's my problem area. :)

ReplyDeleteWould like to hear what your gym routine is in a little more depth. Also what your diet looks like. You do some of this already, so this is good. Also love the personal stories and also the behind the scenes stories at your competitions. And i love the pictures from your competition.
